About Little O

If you're wondering why I've called my business Little O Nutrition, the simple answer is my name is difficult to spell. Although does have a certain ring to it, and that domain name is very available, I've chosen Little O. It's a nickname my family have called me for years, and much easier to spell!

Hi everyone and welcome to Little O Nutrition!

I am Oonagh (Ooh-nah), a registered associate nutritionist (ANutr). I'm from a small village in Co. Wexford in Ireland.

I studied nutrition for four years at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, and received a BSc nutrition in 2016. In November 2017, I graduated from an MSc in public health at the University of Sunderland.

My passion for nutrition and science led me to set up Little O Nutrition. My business is all about evidence-based, judgement-free, friendly service.

Our ethos:

Little O Nutrition provides a fresh, evidence-based approach to nutrition and lifestyle advice. We can help you to develop sustainable and healthy food habits in a judgement free environment and with the help of a registered nutritionist. We pledge to provide health at every size (

At Little O Nutrition we believe:

  • All foods have a place in our diets; but diets don’t!

  • Everyone deserves equal care and advice regardless of their appearance, size or any other factor.

  • Quality advice must be tailored to each person- no regimental plans, miracle pills or fix all recipes here!

Lots of love,

Little O (Oonagh)
