ANNOUNCEMENT: The Non-Diet Plan


I am very happy to announce Little O Nutrition's new course:

The Little O Nutrition Non-Diet Plan!

I have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you my first online course! It is based on the problems that clients most frequently discuss with me, and the best advice and methods cited in the literature. I have pulled information from books, scientific literature and experience, so that the course contains all the tools you need to start on your journey to peace with food and your body.

What is the course about?

The non-diet plan is a 10 week online course that incorporates intuitive eating, health at every size, self-care and of course lots of no-nonsense advice.

The course is not about weight or aesthetics or restriction.

This course is about breaking free from dieting, finding freedom with food and healing your relationship with food and your body. Dieting is not serving you or your health, so why not try an alternative approach? (Read my blog "Why diets don't work" here).

What is involved in the course?

Each week is based on a principle of intuitive eating. Every week you will receive a workbook that contains information and advice on the weekly principle, journaling activities and challenges. The workbooks will be sent as PDF documents so you can save and print them, and keep them forever.

There are additional bonuses depending on which course option you choose:

Online option-

This option allows you to work through the course from the comfort of your own home. There is a weekly check in via email with a nutritionist, who can answer your questions.

Group Option-

A group will start the course together and will be part of a private Facebook group with everyone else starting the course. There will be bonus content and activities in the group, as well as a weekly Q&A with a nutritionist. I will be present in the group and will be engaging there as much as possible, but I want the group to be a place where you can chat with and support others in the same situation. (Of course, your level of engagement in the group is completely up to you!) The group will remain active at the end of the 10 weeks if you wish to maintain the support.

1-2-1 Option-

This option involves the most support. It includes a private 30-60min 1-2-1 with a nutritionist pre and post course, as well as a weekly check in via phonecall or Skype (30 min). This option allows a greater level of personalised support, and allows us to work on any specific concerns you have.

Group Option= €79

1-2-1 Option= €150
