Autumn Self-Care Ideas
Autumn has well and truly arrived!
For many of us, the colder weather and darker evenings dampen our mood. But I say, let's use the changing seasons as an opportunity to spend more time looking after ourselves, getting things done and trying new things.
With that in mind, I wrote a list of self-care to-dos that are "seasonal"!
Some are challenges (i.e. try something new) and some are reminders (i.e. pack away your summer clothes).
I recommend scheduling a time/day to fit in some self-care- if you write it down you are more likely to do it and you can make sure you have everything you need (e.g. some DVDs, a pumpkin etc!).
