Every January it is the same- resolutions are made based on weight. We join the gym or sign up to a grueling workout plan and start crazy fad diets that leave us starving.
But is that the best use of your time??
Considering that over 95% of dieting attempts ultimately fail, and that most gyms are empty again come February, I don't think so!
That is why I'm running a FREE January Challenge. The January challenge is all about kicking off 2019 in a health positive, but non-diet way. Instead of setting goals to change yourself, learn to set goals that will help you to love yourself!
What does the challenge involve? Every day in January I will be challenging you to do or try something new, plus providing loads of advice and information to help you along the way.
The challenges cover everything from movement to nutrition, sleep, mental health and intuitive eating.
What's the aim?
The aim of the challenge is to provide an alternative start to your 2019- one which will improve your health, without any extreme dieting or grueling gym schedules.
At the end of January you will have gained some healthy habits that will become part of daily life, and should have a clear set of goals that will work for you and make 2019 your best year yet.
Who is it for?
The January Challenge is open to anyone, but it will be of most use to those of you who want to improve health, want an alternative to dieting, aren't sure what resolutions to set, or those who just want to learn more about health and nutrition in 2019.
