Podcast Recommendations

Podcasts have exploded in popularity in the last year, so that now there are podcasts about every topic under the sun (and there are even drama podcast shows!).

With so many around, it can be difficult to find one you're into. SO, I've made a list of some of my favourites and some that have been recommended to me.

Why podcasts?

I think podcasts are great for learning and hearing from others, and it can be easier to listen to a podcast than watch a video or read a book- making them great for listening to on your commute or while out for a walk/run.

How to listen?

You can listen to lots of podcasts through iTunes and Spotify, but also apps like Castbox, Overcast, Podbean and lots more.

Below are some of the podcasts that I love or that have been recommended to me. Unsurprisingly, most of them are nutrition or health-based, because that's what I'm into! But be sure to choose the ones that you find interesting.

Podcast Recommendations:

  • All Fired Up with Louise Adams

  • BBC Earth Podcast

  • Bryony Gordon's Mad World with Bryony Gordon

  • Costing the Earth (by the BBC)

  • Don't Salt My Game with Laura Thomas

  • Fit & Fearless with Tally Rye, Zanna Van Dijk and Victoria Niamh

  • Food Psych with Christy Harrison

  • Intuitive Bites with Kirsten Ackerman

  • Nutrition Matter with Paige Smathers

  • TED Talks Daily

  • The Blindboy Podcast with Blindboy (of the Rubberbandits)

  • The Food Medic Podcast with Dr. Hazel Wallace

  • The Guilty Feminist with Deborah Frances

  • The Life Scientific with Professor Jim Al-Khalili

Costing The Earth and Don't Salt My Game are my favourites, but I would love to hear what your favourite podcasts are.

What podcast are you loving right now??

Happy listening!

Lots of love,

Little O x
