Homemade Nachoes (super easy!)

Grilled homemade nachos.

Yes, grilled!

It sounds wrong, but I promise it works and these come out lovely and crisp in a matter of minutes. I love making this as a snack for watching a movie or a match, or as a fun lunch.

What you need:

  • A wrap

  • A little oil/spray oil

  • Grated cheese (I like cheddar and mozzarella best)

  • Optional extras/toppings: avocado, salsa, sour cream.

How to do it:

  1. Spray or brush the wrap on either side with a little oil and place on a tray under your grill.

  2. Grill the wrap on high for around 2mins each side. Keep an eye as it can burn easily!

  3. Remove the wrap and cut into triangles.

  4. Place a layer of tinfoil under the grill and lay the triangles back on the tray.

  5. Top with cheese and place back under the grill.

  6. Once melted, remove from the grill and top with whatever extras you like.

  7. Serve & enjoy!

Notes:

You can use flavoured wraps, such as garlic & herb, or you can add spice to your wraps after oiling. Paprika would be yummy!

You could add chili (sin or con carne) before the cheese to make this a more substantial meal.

I hope you try and love this super simple recipe!
